  • 284.494.4539 (phone)
  • 284.494-8391 (fax)
  • (e-mail)
  • They are on Main street, across from St. Georges Anglican Church, between two large pink buildings. If you are on Main Street, walk down the alley between the two pink buildings towards Waterfront Drive, and their door will be on your left.

The company offers post office boxes, mail forwarding service, and general mail services including sending mail.

As a U.S. citizen living in Tortola, we find Khoy’s a necessity. For the $12.50 monthly fee, Khoy’s receives all of our U.S. mail and puts it in our P.O. box at their location. So, not only do we get a local P.O. Box for our Tortola mailing address, Khoy’s also receives our U.S. mail and puts it all in the same P.O. Box for us to pick up.

Friends and family can mail us anything, and only pay standard U.S. postal rates. Birthday cards, just a stamp. Christmas cards, just a stamp. Gifts, just pay the standard U.S. postal rate to the U.S. Virgin Islands, which is mostly the same as sending to the lower 48 states.

The monthly fee includes a local address (for any local bills):

    P.O. Box 3252 PMB 9999
    Road Town, Tortola VG1110
    British Virgin Islands

    a U.S. address:

    P.O. Box 8309

    US Virgin Islands 00831

a physical address for companies such as FedEx and UPS:

    Your Name PMB#
    8309 Cruz Bay Way
    St. John
    US Virgin Islands 00831

a “in U.S.” address (for packages under 20 pounds):

    Your Name
    c/o Khoys Suite B120
    1360 Commonwealth Ave
    Allston, MA 02134

and a freight forwarding address for large and weighty items:

    Your Name PMB#
    c/o Khoy’s Mailing Services
    11401 NW 107th Street
    Miami, FL 33178

This address if for large and weighty items that can’t be shipped via mail.

Khoy’s charges additional fees for packages. But, there is no additional fee for letters. Also, each package is held in Customs until the value of the items within the package are received. This can be done by giving Khoy’s a copy of your invoice for the package contents, or by filling out one of Khoy’s “Boxes Without Invoices” form. Once the package is cleared by Customs, Khoy’s will put it in your box. But, you will have to pay Khoy’s the fees before you can pick it up. Fees include duty, freight, wharfage charges, insurance, and brokerage costs.

TIP: Go check your mail on Wednesdays and Mondays, since they go get U.S. mail on Tuesdays and Fridays from St. John/St. Thomas. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. They are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    1. pamela ward says:

OK I’m a very disappointed person right now. I pay for packages to be mailed there to Khoy’s OK. It wasn’t cheap at all. But then the receiver calls and say that they still charge a fee for them to get the boxes. Like really. Who does that when the received already pays a monthly fee to Get their things there.

    2. Tommyboy .357 says:

Welcome to belonger land! Get used to this! It gets badder! But its sunny there.

    3. Jeanne Andrews says:

Too bad you are not open on Saturday mornings as not everyone can get to town Mon through Friday.

    4. Raymond says:

Dependable and very reasonable charges, go else where and you will see for yourself, kudos to Khoy’s Mailing Services–love the new office upgrade!

    5. Been a customer for over 5 years. I have tried KRS, Aero Post, JML and find the Khoys is the least inexpensive and I get my packages in the most reasonable time compared to any other service in the Virgin Islands. Less Hassel. Khoys all the way.

    6. Im very thankful for Khoy mailing services, never disappointed. Thanks you khoy.

    7. They answered the phone and gave me great friendly service. That’s a win! Looking forward to working with these guys and girls.
